On the website www.consegna-fiori-rimini.it it is possible to buy floral compositions, plants, and gift items. The items on www.consegna-fiori-rimini.it may vary depending on the delivery location. Some products may require longer delivery times.

Outside the entire province of Rimini, all other locations are covered by florists selected by us and present near the place of delivery.

All the floral arrangements in the online catalog are made by local florists but always using quality flowers and plants. In some cases, the delivered product may differ slightly from the representation in the photo in shapes and colors based on the creativity and experience of the florist who physically carries out the delivery. For this reason, the photos in the catalog are for illustrative purposes only.

How to place the order

Once the gift to be delivered has been identified, the customer can choose the date and time of delivery (morning, afternoon) to enter a text to be transcribed on a card to be attached to the gift.

The ordering customer must indicate his own e-mail address (to understand if he is already registered) provide some data of the recipient (name, surname, delivery address, postcode, town and telephone number) and some of his personal data (name , surname, address, postcode, town and telephone number). The data must be entered with care and the utmost attention to ensure the success of the order.

The order is executed on the basis of a mandate agreement without representation for the purchase of the floral gift and any related accessories, with dispensation for the agent from the reporting obligation.

The insertion of the above data is necessary for the agent to send the invoice and for the correct execution of the order. In compliance with the provisions of art. 1719 of the civil code, and the principal must make the payment through one of the following ways:

  1. Credit card online by entering your card details (number, expiration date and CVV control code). The transaction will be managed through the Stripe gateway (info https://stripe.com/it) at the highest levels of security. Credit card details are not stored on our servers. 
  2. PayPal by crediting the sum to the account linked to the e-mail address info@fioreriaideaverde.it The transaction takes place between the buyer and Paypal

Prices

The prices indicated in the online catalog are inclusive of VAT.

The prices indicated include the fixed fee for managing the order, the variable fee as a percentage of the purchase price and the commissions for order transmission.

The item relating to delivery is equal to € 15.00 for any location in the national territory.

Flower prices are subject to seasonal fluctuations. For this reason, the floral gifts in the online catalog are binding on the daily prices of the florist who delivers them.

In the event that the recipient refuses the flowers delivered by our florist it is not possible to request any refund as in many cases the flowers ordered are purchased specifically by the florist to process the order.

Delivery and conditions of supply

The delivery of flowers can be made during the normal opening hours of the florist who has to make the delivery. Delivery in Italy is guaranteed on the same day of the order for orders received by 3:30 pm from Monday to Saturday and by 12:30 pm on Sunday, except for holidays or local weekly closures. 

Info and advice:

  • Orders to be placed for the following holidays: Valentine's Day; Women's Day; Easter; Mother's Day; Mid-August; Christmas; New Year's Eve, it is advisable to do them a few days in advance considering the large volume of delivery of these holidays.
  • Deliveries are not made to places where access is very complex unless the delivery is also accepted to people other than the recipient of the gift. For this reason, for deliveries to be made in places where it is not possible to deliver the floral gift directly to the recipient, but must be left for delivery to the staff, the delivery is considered to be regularly carried out with the indication, on the delivery receipt, of the name of the person who made the withdrawal.
  • In the absence of the recipient, a note will be left with the florist's contact details to arrange a new delivery; the same florist will in any case try to contact the recipient by telephone. If the florist is unable to trace the recipient, we will inform you.

Particular delivery times

Delivery at a mandatory time can be accepted if agreed at least two days in advance by calling customer service at 0541-387399. The service has a surcharge of € 10 on standard delivery costs.

Pay attention to the recipient's address

We assume no responsibility for delays or non-deliveries if the address and telephone number indicated in the order are not correct and complete. To facilitate delivery, it is good to communicate additional information in the following cases:

  • delivery to hospital: if possible indicate the ward and room number.
  • delivery to the hotel: if possible, indicate the room number or any other useful information to trace the person.

Order confirmation

Upon completion of the order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the order number and information relating to the product purchased, the price, the delivery date and the address of the sender and recipient. If you do not receive the order confirmation email, please check your spam folder and then contact our customer service at 0541-387399.

Our guarantee includes:

  • the quality and freshness of the delivered product
  • delivery for the requested day
  • the price published on the website

Cancellation / right to revoke the order

An order can be canceled up to two working days prior to the delivery date indicated in the order.

A cancellation after this deadline can be accepted but a refund of the full value of the order is not guaranteed. It is not possible to make returns.
